Oregon Parks and Recreation Department is excited to invite you, our industry partners, to help support the production of the 2022 NASPD Conference in beautiful Central Oregon. We have been “Oregon-izing” the conference to create opportunity and space for you to connect with existing relationships and create new ones with everyone from directors to program and site managers to front-line staff. Every detail — from the where to the how and when — is being considered to orchestrate the best possible environment for you and your company.
We're excited to welcome you as a vendor at the National Association of State Park Directors (NASPD) 2022 Conference in Sunriver, Oregon this September.
We are just about one month away from the start of the conference and we know that you have a number of things to coordinate as part of your trip here.
Below is a short FAQ to assist you in finalizing your planning:
Q: I need to rent A/V equipment such as a monitor or other exhibit booth support items such as table top brochure holders. Can I do that?
A: YES! Sunriver contracts with Audio Visual Management Solutions (AVMS) for their onsite technology and exhibitor support services. See the attached documents to facilitate your rental and service requests. (links are located at the bottom of the email)
Q: How do I send shipments ahead of my arrival to Sunriver Resort?
A: Super easily. Just use the attached. (links are located at the bottom of the email)
Q: What if I need to print or copy something while I am at Sunriver Resort?
A: There is an amazing team in the Conference Services Office right in the Great Hall. They are happy to assist you with a variety of services to help take care of your business while you are with us at the conference. Service fees apply and services offered are at Sunriver Resorts discretion.
Q: Can I ship directly from Sunriver Resort at the close of the conference?
A: Yes, the Conference Services Office can assist you with all shipments.
Q: When will I get my booth assignment?
A: We expect to have booth assignments finalized and out to you on around August 15. We will even take care of updating your WHOVA profiles for you with those assignments as well as sending them to you by email.
REMINDER: If you have not received your registration tickets with a check-in QR code then you are NOT registered for the conference. Please refer to your confirmation email for discount codes and registration instructions. Registration closes August 19.
