This position assists in managing the facilities and operations of the park. Job duties include acting as Superintendent in the absence of the Park Superintendent, assisting in preparing and presenting budgets, helping to review monthly revenue and expense reports and submit monthly park justifications, managing the capital equipment inventory, and submitting specs and requests for capital equipment.
Applicant will be responsible for requesting, budgeting and overseeing major maintenance projects, working with planning and development on the future needs of the park, working closely with each facility on revenue services and monitoring the costs and expenses of facilities. This position will supervise staff, complete performance reviews, and will be involved in public relations and law enforcement for the park. A criminal background check and a driver’s record check will be performed. Applicant should be a commissioned law enforcement officer or be able to obtain a commission through ALETA within one year of hire.

Applicants must meet or exceed the following qualifications: The formal educational equivalent of a bachelor’s degree in business, park management, hospitality management, or a related field; plus three years of experience in park management, including three years in a supervisory capacity.
