The Park Superintendent is responsible for managing day to day park operations, including employee supervision and evaluation. This position oversees and conducts visitor services and facility, grounds, and equipment maintenance; conducts law enforcement; collects and processes revenues; performs administrative functions; coordinates special events; provides interpretive programming; and other duties.

Location: Conchas Lake State Park, Conchas Dam, NM
The primary responsibilities include providing effective supervision of assigned personnel, ensuring effective management and administration of park operations, and providing financial accountability for park operations. The Park Superintendent is directly responsible for the law enforcement program at the park. The position requires certification as a law enforcement officer through the New Mexico Law Enforcement Training Academy within one year of employment. A pre-employment drug test, fitness test, physical and psychological exam are required.
